How to Work Through Anxiety

Worry and anxiety can overwhelm us to the point we can be frozen and unable to function emotionally, physically and even spiritually. The challenges that a day can bring can bring a wide range of emotions from highs to lows. Our heavenly Father desires for us to let Him be active and a part of our every moment so that He can help us process each life event with His help, His strength, His peace and His love. He desires us to be worry-free and without anxiety. Allows these Scriptures to penetrate every thought so that God can help you through all that life brings, good and tough days.
