Experiencing God


God desires to have relationship with us. Even from the beginning with Adam and Eve, He chose to walk among them in the garden. Scriptures show all that God does in order to show His love and desires to help us and be present in our lives... we can simply talk with Him and have a dialogue with Him at any time and every where, He is there. May these Scriptures and prayers encourage you.


(S) “I bow my knees before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [… the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [that you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience].”

Ephesians 3:14, 18–19 AMP

(P) Lord, position ___ to grasp with all Your people the amazing experience of your love. Point ___ towards understanding the extent of your love is so vast. May ___ experience for my/themselves Your love first hand. May You overwhelm ___’s entire being!


(S) “We are [children] of God. Whoever is learning to know God [progressively to perceive, recognize, and understand God by observation and experience, and to get an ever-clearer knowledge of Him] listens to us; and he who is not of God does not listen or pay attention to us. By this we know (recognize) the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error.”

1 John 4:6 AMP

(P) ___ belongs to You, God. Teach ___ how to perceive, recognize and know You passionately God as ____ experiences a deep relationship with You. Give ___ an ever-clearer knowledge of You as ___ listens to Your Word. Cause ___ to recognize and choose truth over deception and lies.


(S) “And they’ve never taken the road to peace. We want to be clear that whatever the law says, it says to everyone who is under its authority. Its purpose is to muzzle every mouth, to silence idle talk, and to bring the whole world under the standard of God’s justice. Therefore, doing what the law prescribes will not make anyone right in the eyes of God—that’s not its purpose—but the law is capable of exposing the true nature of sin. But now for the good news: God’s restorative justice has entered the world, independent of the law. Both the law and the prophets told us this day would come. This redeeming justice comes through the faithfulness of Jesus, the Anointed One, the Liberating King, who makes salvation a reality for all who believe—without the slightest partiality.”

(P) Without You Lord, there is no peace. Without You giving Jesus and you Jesus in turn being our sacrifice for our wrong, we would still be under the law and condemned to die. Thankfully You gave ___ Jesus to experience Your peace. Teach ___ how to be made right with You through trusting and relying on You Jesus Christ.


(S) “Blessed and enviably happy [with a happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted!”

Matthew 5:4 AMP

(P) When ___ is going through difficult times, comfort ____. Thank You for blessing ___ with a happiness that comes by experiencing Your favor God and ___ receiving the revelation of what Your grace really means.
