Our lives are filled with so much activity where we can be bombarded in every way that we can become exhausted not only physically but mentally. Sometimes it's so not so much our 'busy lives' but the interruptions that drain us of our stamina. We can struggle to be at our best, yet ultimately it is the help we can receive daily from the Lord that can make us strong physically, emotionally and mentally. May these Scriptures speak to you in a way that reminds you of how God wants to be present and a help in every area of your life. You are valued by God!
(S) “He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and ... young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired."
Isaiah 40:29–31 AMP
(P) When ___ is weak, tired and has no might, Father may You give ___ power to press through. May You energize ___, increasing ___’s strength to where ___ flourishes. Lord, help ___ wait for You with an expectancy, looking for, and placing my/their hope in You. May You renew my/their strength so like the eagles, ___ soars over everything. No matter what the race in life will be, may ___ run and not get winded nor faint from exhaustion in anything.

So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak [in human strength], then am I [truly] strong (able, powerful in divine strength).”

(P) You God are ___’s refuge and mighty, impenetrable strength, always present and definite help when facing trouble. May ___ have no fear, knowing the creator of all things is present to help. May You be present in ___’s life, keeping their faith in You as a constant help.
