What to do when facing physical and emotional stress:

  1. Sleep routinely same time daily with 8 hours average

  2. Exercise regularly

  3. Drink lots of water

  4. A dose of laughter is healthy to your soul and more

  5. Play peaceful music

  6. Get some sun in a safe way (vitamin D)

Advise on

  • Describes how our spirit, body, and soul all come together

  • Stress - underline of most health issues

  • It's okay to ask for help.

  • Don't be so hard on yourself - consider self care, pause and regroup

  • Take Vitamins daily as a part of your routine
