Steps to Overcome Addictions

  1. Invite the Holy Spirit to convict you of area struggling with, to bring under authority of Christ.

  2. Obey or follow God's instructions. What He calls us to do, He equips us with the tools to be successful for His glory.

  3. Change mindset. Who does God say you are? Stop comparing. "Comparison is a joy killer."

  4. Ge in to the Word of God. Discover God's truth about you and your circumstances.

  5. Invite others for support in the process


Steps to Change Eating Habits

  1. Eat low carbohydrates (carbs)

  2. Eat protein

  3. Stop eating when full

  4. Eliminate sugars, less carbs, and processed food

  5. Practice abstinence or moderation. Ask the Holy Spirit for help.

  6. Exercise with balance

  7. Recognize it's a process. Typically need healing in an area of life as part of the overcoming.
